Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web and mobile applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

2. Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs for seamless backend-to-frontendcommunication.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other Engineers, to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

4. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely projectdelivery.

5. Drive the optimization of applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

6. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to recommend and adopt industry-best practices.

7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth system operations.

8. Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and agile methodologies for efficientsoftware delivery.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in MERN Stack.

2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3.

3. Extensive experience with React.js for building responsive web and mobile applications.

4. Solid experience with Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js for API development.

5. Deep understanding of MongoDB and database design principles (SQL/NoSQL).

6. Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

7. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Material-UI, Bootstrap, or similar libraries.

8. Strong experience with API architecture, microservices, and security best practices.

9. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

10. Prior experience leading a team of developers with a focus on mentorship and team growth.

11. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

12. Knowledge of cloud services AWS, Azure etcPerks & Benefits:CTC would be as per market standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
