ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gathering functional requirements and translating them into technical requirements.

• Conducting module-level development and testing.

• Developing IIoT applications.

• Implementing digitalization applications in the manufacturing and supply chain space.

• Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Leading a small or mid-size team of developers.

• Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements
Project Engineer Automation
1. Execute end-to-end Industrial Automation and Digitalisation projects, from engineering design to field implementation.
2. Prepare key engineering documents including Control Philosophy, IO List, Load List, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and detailed drawings, along with QAP documentation.
3. Develop and test control logic, SCADA/HMI interfaces, and ensure system compliance through internal QAP and Client FAT processes.
4. Implement automation solutions involving PLC, DCS, VFDs, i-MCC/MCC, SCADA, and Manufacturing Analytics at the field level.
5. Lead small to mid-size engineering teams (for Senior Engineers), ensuring timely delivery and quality.
6. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and technology partners to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Senior Software Developer

Software Project Manager
1. Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client and organizational goals. Develop comprehensive project plans with clearly defined timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee the full project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
2. Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and accountability across the team. Provide ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity and team alignment.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, including clients, internal leadership, and external vendors. Maintain transparent and consistent communication to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and presentations to maintain transparency and accountability.
7. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact project timelines or deliverables. Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and schedules.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with company policies and industry guidelines. Implement and enforce best practices in project management to drive consistency and excellence.
9. Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and document best practices. Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and implement initiatives to enhance future performance.
