Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using

Node.js

and

React

Contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions and technical decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams across

India and Ireland

Write clean, well-documented, and tested code Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and mentorship of junior developers Work in an agile environment and take ownership of delivering features end-to-end

Must-Have Skills

8-10 years of professional experience in software engineering Strong proficiency in

Node.js

and

React

Experience building and scaling modern web applications Excellent verbal and written

English communication skills

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Python

is a strong plus Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience working with international (preferably European) clients
