Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Software Developer

with strong expertise in the

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

and

PostgreSQL

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing at least

10 full-cycle projects

, with the ability to handle both

team collaboration

and

independent project ownership

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers. Oversee end-to-end project execution -- from planning and architecture to delivery and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Manage version control and code reviews to ensure quality standards. Mentor junior developers and guide the team on technical challenges. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years

of hands-on experience in the

MERN Stack

. Strong expertise in

PostgreSQL

and database architecture. Proven experience completing

at least 10 end-to-end projects

. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹450,688.51 - ₹650,000.00 per year
