We are looking for a

hands-on Senior Software Developer / Engineer

to lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and enhancing high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with

C++, C# .Net

, and a solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming

Agile development

, and

database management (MS SQL Server)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the development team with hands-on coding and problem-solving Design, develop, and maintain software applications Provide technical direction and ensure best coding practices Participate in production support, testing, and debugging

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of experience in software development Proficiency in C++, C# .Net, and Visual Studio Experience with relational databases and stored procedures Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in

server-based gaming

or

mobile game development

Microsoft development certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,900,000.00 per year
