As we expand into AI-first healthcare, incorporating computer vision, machine learning, and LLM-powered assistants, we seek a Tech Lead / Software Architect who can own, modernize, and scale our platform to meet global diagnostic standards.

Role Overview

This is a technical leadership role that requires Software development & technical excellence, DevOps mindset, Architectural depth, technical foresight, and team-building excellence. You will define the blueprint of our platform, take a leadership role in its technical transformation, and ensure it aligns with international standards of safety, security, and reliability in medical software.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Develop: Own, evolve & co-develop a modular, testable, and scalable software architecture. Lead periodic codebase audits, refactoring, and technical debt reduction to ensure long-term maintainability and readiness for future features. Integrate AI Systems: Seamlessly embed: CV models for diagnostic image analysis ML modules for real-time risk prediction LLM-powered clinical agents (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems) Drive Core Development:
Oversee design and implementation of core modules -- including signal processing, sensor data ingestion, visualization, and multi-threaded USB communication.Build and mentor a growing team of engineers. Conduct design/code reviews, establish engineering standards, and lead roadmap planning.

Project Leadership: Quality Engineering: Implement and enforce best practices in testing, CI/CD, static code analysis, automated deployment, and release documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Translate product, research, and clinical requirements into a cohesive software system in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skillset

4+ years of experience in software architecture using Python, Flask, and PyQt/PySide Strong command over real-time systems, threading, USB communication, and performance profiling Strong penchant for documentation and DevOps Proven ability to design and implement

efficient algorithms and data structures

, especially in areas like: Signal/image processing, Low-latency data pipelines, Optimization of medical measurements and visualizations Experience integrating third-party AI APIs, inference models, or embedded ML into production. Experience in Chromium-based UI frameworks (e.g., QtWebEngine) Familiarity with OpenCV, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face Skilled with cross-platform packaging, Docker-based builds, and automated testing on Windows/Linux/macOS Knowledge of cybersecurity, data encryption, and PHI-safe architectures
