We are looking for a

Senior Software Developer - Backend Focus

who's passionate about building robust, scalable systems and pushing the boundaries of automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves experimenting with the latest backend and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using

Node.js

and

Express

. Work with

PostgreSQL

and

MongoDB

for efficient data modeling and storage. Build and integrate

RESTful APIs

to support web and mobile applications. Integrate and manage

payment gateways

like

Stripe

and

Razorpay

. Develop and deploy serverless functions using

AWS Lambda

. Set up and manage

CI/CD pipelines

for streamlined deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features. Implement intelligent automation using tools like

Windsurf

. Work on AI integrations using

OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude

, etc. Design and optimize

AI prompts

for high-performing outputs. Handle

prompt chaining

,

context management

, and

memory

in AI integrations.

You Are a Great Fit If You:

Have solid hands-on experience with

Node.js

,

Express

, and database systems. Understand how to build secure and optimized APIs. Have experience working with

OpenAI APIs

, especially in

prompt engineering

. Know how to

integrate prompts

into backend logic. Understand how to chain prompts, manage memory, and maintain AI context. Are familiar with tools like

Windsurf

or other automation platforms. Have experience deploying and scaling services on

AWS

. Can independently troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
