Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer Lead with strong expertise in Java, J2EE,

and enterprise application development to lead a high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding excellence with strong leadership,

architectural, and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Java/J2EE

applications.

? Architect scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern

frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST, Microservices).

? Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define

technical solutions.

? Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and ensure coding

best practices.

? Ensure high standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

? Oversee CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing processes.

? Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and manage

release cycles.

? Contribute to strategic decisions regarding frameworks, technologies, and tools.

Technical Skills

? Core: Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring

Security).

? Persistence: Hibernate/JPA, SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL,

MongoDB).

? APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional), JSON, XML.

? DevOps: Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

? Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native design.

? Other: Design Patterns, Unit Testing (JUnit/TestNG), Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft Skills

? Excellent leadership and communication skills.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Proven experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams.? Ability to deliver

under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
