Job Description

The Software Projects & Integrations Coordinator will act as the key liaison between Cyrix internal teams, software vendors, and management. This role is responsible for managing all Cyrix software projects (Sales CRM, Service CRM, Admin & IT Asset Systems, and other SaaS applications), ensuring smooth functioning, coordinating enhancements, and maintaining business documentation. The candidate will ensure that application-related issues, requirements, and integrations are efficiently handled and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor ongoing software projects and SaaS applications used across Cyrix (Sales CRM, Service CRM, Admin, HR, ITAM/ITSM, etc.). Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with internal users, stakeholders, and software vendors. Track project timelines, deliverables, and development updates. Document and communicate feature requests, bug reports, and change requests systematically. Prepare and maintain

logs. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all vendor-related communication Create regular progress reports for IT management and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management basics. Experience in documenting BRDs, FRDs, and managing change requests. Familiarity with SaaS environments, APIs, and system integrations. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with structured follow-up. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (IT) or equivalent.

Experience:

6 - 10 years in software coordination, IT project management roles.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience handling CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based enterprise applications will be preferred.
