Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team to support and enhance an existing ASP.NET-based web application. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in legacy ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC), strong SQL Server expertise, and familiarity with both Azure and AWS cloud platforms. You will work closely with a collaborative team to maintain and improve our systems while contributing to long-term modernization efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance a legacy ASP.NET application. Work within a legacy codebase using Web Forms and/or early MVC versions. Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas. Integrate and manage services on Azure and AWS, including deployments and storage. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of team practices.
Requirements:


5+ years of experience with .NET development, particularly ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC). Strong experience with SQL Server including performance tuning and complex queries. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure and AWS environments. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently on legacy systems while supporting team objectives.
Nice to Have:


Experience modernizing legacy applications or migrating to .NET Core/5+. Knowledge of DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines in Azure or AWS. Understanding of security best practices in web and cloud environments
