About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 09
The Role: Senior Java Developer
The Location: Hyderabad
The Team:
Design, develop and maintain editorial application platform for both internal as well as customer-facing solutions. The individual will contribute as part of existing team working closely with IT architects, tech leads, business analysts and quality assurance specialists.
The Impact:
This is a hybrid role in-that it supports both "grow-the-business" [Project] as well as "run-the-business" [BAU] initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to Translate Business Requirements into DCO, Case design/application builds
• Hands on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities by following best practices
• Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions
• Identify key performance alerts provided by the system and understand how to resolve the underlying issue
• Manages code migration from development through to production.
• May assist and help train lower level developers

What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with atleast 5 years in the following areas:

-Java, J2EE
-Angular JS, RESTful Services, Spring, Spring Boot

• Working experience in SQL, PLSql on any RDBMS like Oracke, MySql, SQL Server etc
• Working experience on ORM tool like hibernate etc.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements and translating/implementing into database code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills [English]
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with source code management practices and systems
• Experience with Agile as well as Waterfall development methodologies
