We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated

Senior Software Developer (MERN Stack)

to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable web applications, leading projects, and mentoring junior developers. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using

React.js, Node.js, MongoDB

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production deployment Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions Optimize application performance, security, and scalability Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to processes and architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of professional company experience

(excluding internships) in full-stack development Strong hands-on expertise in

React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

Proficiency in

Git/GitHub

for version control Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

is an added advantage Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Bachelor's degree
