Lead and mentor team of developers with hands on participation in the project
Analyze, design and develop new programs and maintain and enhance existing software
Provide technical leadership in new systems development and enhancement of existing systems
Work closely with Stakeholders including game developers, systems developers, product managers and QA
Participate in production support and problem resolution
Test and debug programs for accuracy and functionality
Participate in research and development of experimental designs and systems
Mentoring of non-senior development staff
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in computer science, Management Information Systems or related degree
5-10 + years' experience in a technical development role
5-10 years of experience in team leadership role (optional for SE level)
Strong knowledge and experience of C# .Net, and Unity /VB
Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented development techniques
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net development tools
Strong experience with GIT based Source Controls systems such as Bitbucket
Experience with Perforce for asset management
Agile Development experience
