Overview:
We are looking for Embedded Developers. Selected candidate will be part of a dynamic and energetic team of software developers, tasked with the development of Mitel's family of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) sets. We're looking for a creative individual, with the ability to see beyond their assigned task, to expand and enhance our family of VoIP sets.
Responsibilities:Design new feature and enhancements to the products. Development of application and infrastructure software that runs on VoIP sets; Integration, testing, debugging and modification of VoIP set software Participate in architecture design and decision making You will be working on the development of products for large display IP sets that utilize state-of-the-art custom silicon and provide advanced application capabilities

Requirements:Any Graduation or Post Graduation 6+ years of experience. C/C++ and data structures, design patterns Linux and device drivers Graphical Framework Knowledge (GUI toolkits for Linux) Object oriented design Web services Communications interfaces such as WiFi, Bluetooth, DECT, USB and Gigabit Ethernet Protocols such as SIP, TCP/IP and HTML/XML Advanced Graphical Interfaces with Multi-touch and Gestures Linux Knowledge and experience on device drivers Knowledge on chipsets like broadcom etc Web services, Networking knowledge and experience Experience developing embedded applications Great communication skills both written and spoken Experience in managing teams Experience with modern software development methodologies, especially Agile Telecom domain will be a plus
