Role Summary

We are looking for a

Senior Software Developer

with

8+ years of hands-on experience in backend maintenance environments

. The role focuses on

debugging production issues, reproducing defects, analyzing logs and stack traces, and implementing server-side fixes

in enterprise backend systems. This is a maintenance-heavy role, not new development.

Key Responsibilities

Debug and fix

production backend issues

Reproduce reported issues and perform

root cause analysis

Analyze

application logs, JVM stack traces, and server errors

Provide

backend/server-side code fixes

(Java-based) Support existing enterprise applications and integrations Address

security vulnerabilities

from static and dynamic scans Collaborate with DevOps for deployments and CI/CD support

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8+ years

of backend development with strong

maintenance & production support

experience Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Java / J2EE

, Servlets, MDB, JAX-RS, JMS, JNDI XML, JSON, JUnit, Object-Oriented programming (Java preferred) JVM, JDK, JDBC, stack trace and log analysis Protocols:

AS2/AS4, HTTP(S), FTP(S), SFTP, REST APIs, RNIF, EBICS

Databases:

Oracle / DB2 / MS SQL / MySQL

OS:

Linux / UNIX / Windows

CI/CD:

Maven, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes
