Key Responsibilities Clinical & Professional Leadership
Lead complex
social and psychosocial assessments
Oversee development and review of
care and support plans
Provide guidance on
high-risk, complex, and sensitive cases
Ensure ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards
Act as an escalation point for safeguarding, neglect, or crisis situations
Team Management & Supervision
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of
Social Workers
Allocate caseloads and monitor performance and workload balance
Conduct regular
supervision sessions, case reviews, and team meetings
Support onboarding, training, and professional development
Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
In-Home Care Office & Operations Management
Support daily operations of the
in-home care office
Coordinate with care coordinators, caregivers, nursing assistants, and admin staff
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record management
Support scheduling, service coordination, and workflow processes
Liaise with families, community partners, and healthcare professionals
Ensure services align with organisational policies and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
(mandatory)
Minimum
5+ years experience
in social work, healthcare, disability, or community services
At least
2 years experience in a senior or supervisory role
Strong experience in
in-home care, aged care, disability, or mental health services
Proven leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills
Advanced assessment, care planning, and report-writing ability
High level of professionalism, ethics, and boundary management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational responsibilities
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
Confident working with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community services
