Role-

This is a full time job as a Senior Social Media Specialist in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure that social media efforts align with the overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms that aligns with business objectives and brand goals. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the social media team, including content creation, scheduling, and community management. Create and oversee engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences and drives user engagement. Analyze performance metrics, social media trends, and user engagement data to optimize content strategies and inform decision-making. Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for brand innovation. Report regularly on social media performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

Experience: 2 years of experience in social media management. Platforms: Deep understanding of major social media platforms. and their best practices. Content Strategy: Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
