Job Overview:

As a Senior Executive in Social Media Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, as well as the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the marketing team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry conversations. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and engagement. Implement social listening strategies to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities. Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development and content creation. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid social advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in social media marketing. Previous experience in a senior or lead role is preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
