Experience & Attributes

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through social channels
• Track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in B2B social media marketing preferred
• History of successful stakeholder management
• Proven ability to maintain composure and humor under pressure
• Should be able to come up with Social Media Strategies/Ideas

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Management

• Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars for LinkedIn company page, brand ambassadors' profiles, and Twitter presence
• Collaborate with SEO team to incorporate trending topics into content strategy
• Oversee Instagram account management, delegating tasks to junior marketers
• Stay current with platform algorithms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter) to optimize content strategy for maximum reach and engagement
• Create and publish monthly LinkedIn newsletters, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Utilize AI tools effectively for content creation, including captions and newsletters
• Bring creative solutions and fresh perspectives to content challenges

Campaign Management & Analytics

• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta platforms
• Track, analyze, and report social media metrics to inform content strategy
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach programs targeting decision-makers
• Identify and engage with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) followers to grow newsletter subscribers
• Transform data insights into actionable strategies with a glass-half-full approach

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Lead stakeholder management across different departments with a positive, solution-focused mindset
• Supervise junior team members while maintaining individual productivity

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta
• Proven experience with social media advertising and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
