We're looking for a

Senior Social Media Manager

who understands online growth, knows how to lead a team, and can take full ownership of client brand presence across platforms.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, managing and growing the social media presence for multiple brands. This includes strategy, content planning, design supervision, editing support, trend research, client communication, and performance tracking.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, confident with clients, and experienced with both social media and design.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple brands. Oversee monthly content calendars, campaigns and ad creatives. Manage a team of designers, editors, and interns to deliver quality work. Create posts, stories and carousels using

Canva

or

Adobe Suite

. Review and refine designs, videos and copies prepared by the team. Stay updated on daily trends, formats, and new features on social platforms. Use AI tools for ideas, content planning, automation, and research. Track performance metrics and prepare simple monthly reports. Maintain strong client relations with timely updates and clear communication. Ensure brand identity is followed across all platforms.

Skills & Experience Needed

3+ years of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads. Good design skills in

Canva

or

Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

. Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut/Premiere Pro is a plus). Experience using

AI tools

for content, ideas or workflow automation. Ability to lead a small creative team and meet deadlines consistently. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Knowledge of paid ads is a bonus but not mandatory.
