We are looking for an experienced and creative
Senior Social Media Manager
to lead and oversee all social media initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience managing multiple accounts across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all client social media accounts across platforms.
Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to promote brand-focused messaging.
Coordinate social media messaging and strategy with internal teams -- including SEM, Graphics, Video Editing, and Client Servicing.
Audit and analyze social media performance, including ad spends and ROI.
Use tracking systems and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Create and maintain social media performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Collaborate with other departments to align social media calendars with new product launches, ad campaigns, and brand communication.
Monitor competitor activities and trends within the social media landscape.
Suggest innovative campaign ideas based on market trends, research, and audience insights.
Ensure 100% accuracy in client account management -- no missed or incorrect postings.
Cover live client events (including weekends or holidays if required).
Stay updated on emerging trends, formats, and platform updates to maintain brand relevance.
Oversee influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations.
Create and maintain comprehensive content banks for each client.
Prepare and share monthly research and social media strategy documents with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
4
years of proven experienceas a social media manager or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with
content management, community engagement,
and
analytics tools.
Excellent
writing, editing, and communication
skills.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
Ability to
multitask, prioritize,
and manage multiple brand accounts efficiently.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and trend-based content.
Knowledge of
SEO, keyword research,
and
Google Analytics
will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications,
or a related field.
