Role Overview
We are seeking a
strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Social Media Manager
to expand and amplify the digital presence of
Weljii
and
Preeti Rao
across platforms.
The role goes beyond traditional social media management -- it requires building
automated engagement and lead-generation funnels
that convert social media reach into measurable community growth, webinar sign-ups, and course enrollments.
You'll be responsible for positioning
Preeti Rao as a thought leader
in health and wellness, while driving brand awareness and digital conversions for
Weljii
.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Content Strategy
Develop and execute a unified
social media strategy
for Weljii and Preeti Rao across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Shape Preeti Rao's
thought leadership narrative
, highlighting her voice in health, wellness, and holistic living.
Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create powerful storytelling and campaigns.
Maintain distinct yet complementary brand voices for Weljii and Preeti Rao.
2. Growth & Engagement
Design and implement strategies to
grow organic reach
and
engagement by 5-10x
within 12-18 months.
Build and nurture digital communities that align with the mission of holistic wellbeing.
Lead influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and social campaigns to reinforce brand authority.
Use analytics to refine strategy and discover new audience opportunities.
3. Social Media Automated Funnel Management
Create and manage
automated social media funnels
that capture leads, nurture engagement, and drive conversions for webinars and courses.
Integrate
social media platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
and marketing automation tools.
Set up and optimize
lead magnet campaigns
, automated WhatsApp and email follow-up sequences, and remarketing flows.
Work with the marketing and tech teams to ensure
seamless data flow from social media to CRM
for tracking and nurturing.
Continuously analyze funnel performance (CTR, conversion rate, CPL) and optimize for maximum ROI.
4. Thought Leadership Positioning
Build a strong, authentic voice for Preeti Rao across platforms.
Develop and promote original content -- videos, live sessions, blogs, and quotes -- to position her as a
global voice in health and wellness

Identify opportunities for
guest appearances, podcast features, and collaborations
to amplify visibility.
5. Performance & Analytics
Track and report key performance indicators -- engagement, reach, growth, and conversion metrics.
Use analytics tools (Sprout Social, Meta Suite, Later, Zoho Social, YouTube Studio, etc.) to measure success.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
6. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a small in-house team and coordinate with freelancers or agencies for design, paid media, and video production.
Collaborate closely with the
Marketing and Strategy teams
to ensure cohesive brand communication and funnel alignment.
