Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Strategy & Growth
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
Develop and present
growth-focused social media strategies and campaign roadmaps
aligned with client objectives.
Identify opportunities for scaling accounts, upselling services, and delivering measurable ROI.
2) Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the
social media team
(executives, strategists, interns), ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
Guide the team on content direction, campaign ideation, and platform best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, performance, influencer, and production teams to ensure campaigns deliver impact.
3) Execution & Oversight
Oversee social media calendars, campaigns, and community management for multiple brands.
Ensure the creation of
engaging short-form content
(posts, reels, ad creatives) when required.
Monitor campaigns, analyze KPIs, and prepare actionable insights in regular performance reports.
Handle brand reputation management and provide strategic solutions in case of crises.
4) Innovation & Industry Awareness
Stay ahead of digital and social trends to recommend
fresh, bold strategies
.
Introduce new growth opportunities for brands through innovative formats, influencer tie-ups, and platform-first content.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience
in account management, digital marketing, or social media strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of
scaling social media accounts
and demonstrating impact on growth/ROI.
Strong leadership and client servicing skills with the ability to balance
creativity and analytics
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of major digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Familiarity with
paid campaigns and influencer collaborations
.
Understanding of integrated workflows with creative and performance marketing teams.
