About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Social Media Manager

to lead our social media team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple brand accounts, developing strategy, and leading performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's business goals and audience. Lead content planning, calendar management, and campaign ideation across platforms. Oversee a team of content creators, designers, and community managers to ensure timely and high-quality output. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights. Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the media team. Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging formats to innovate content and strategy. Work closely with clients for regular communication, strategy alignment, and reporting. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines. Handle crisis management, PR-sensitive situations, and community engagement.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment. Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, and analytics. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines. Experience in leading teams and managing workflows across departments. Hands-on knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic design/copy briefing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a creative edge. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
