Develop new ideas for social media content and campaigns, bringing fresh and innovative concepts to the table.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, which may extend beyond social media to other marketing channels.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around our brand.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest ways to incorporate them into our strategy.
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4 - 6 years experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
