Role Overview



We are looking for a

Senior Social Media Manager

who is a

fashion-first, D2C-focused expert

with deep understanding of brand building, content storytelling, and performance-driven growth.
The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience scaling fashion or lifestyle D2C brands

, especially on

Instagram & Meta platforms

.

Key Responsibilities1. D2C Fashion Content Strategy



Build and execute a

monthly & quarterly social media strategy

aligned with D2C growth goals Own the brand's

visual identity, tone, and storytelling

Plan content around

collections, launches, drops, offers, and seasonal campaigns


2. Content Creation & Execution



Lead

Reels-first strategy

(hooks, trends, transitions, styling content) Conceptualize high-performing content for

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest

Write compelling

captions, CTAs, and hashtag strategies

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors & creators

3. Performance & Growth Marketing Support



Analyze content performance (reach, engagement, saves, conversion intent) Optimize content based on

D2C funnel (Awareness ? Consideration ? Conversion)

Collaborate with the paid ads team on: Creative direction for Meta ads A/B testing of creatives Scaling winning content formats

4. Influencer & UGC Management



Identify, onboard & manage

fashion influencers and UGC creators

Plan barter & paid collaborations aligned with D2C objectives Repurpose UGC into organic & paid-performing creatives

5. Community & Brand Management



Oversee comments, DMs & community engagement Ensure timely resolution of customer queries via coordination with sales/support teams Maintain a strong, premium brand voice across platforms

Required Skills & Expertise



5-7 years of proven experience

in managing

Fashion / Lifestyle D2C brands

Strong expertise in

Instagram growth & Reel algorithms

Deep understanding of

fashion aesthetics, styling & trend cycles

Experience working with

performance marketing teams

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Insights, Meta dashboards) Hands-on with tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets


Good to Have



Experience with

high-volume D2C sales brands

Knowledge of

shop integrations, drops & conversion-focused content

Prior work with handbags, apparel, footwear or accessories brands
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
