Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and grow company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotions
Create, review, and approve high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions)
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant
Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ROI
Coordinate with marketing, design, content, and sales teams
Handle community management, comments, and brand reputation
Guide and mentor junior social media executives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
Excellent content planning and storytelling skills
Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
