About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Team Lead who has hands-on experience managing digital communication for ministries, government departments, or PSUs.
Social Media Manager - Government & PSU Projects
Location: Delhi (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video editors for government/PSU clients. Conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
Strategize and manage daily social media activities across platforms -- Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with government campaigns and communication guidelines.
Coordinate closely with client departments and internal creative teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement.
Stay updated with government communication protocols, tonality, and emerging trends in public campaigns.
Qualification
8-10 years of experience in social media management, with at least 5+ years handling government or PSU clients.
Proven experience working on projects for ministries, PSUs, or national campaigns (e.g., MyGov, Digital India, Swachh Bharat, etc.)
Skilled in understanding bureaucratic processes, maintaining formal correspondence, and ensuring clarity and compliance in all client communications
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics and content strategy.
Agency background preferred; familiarity with government project structures is a plus.
