We are looking for an experienced

Senior Sales Executive

to drive sales growth, manage key clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Guide and support junior sales team members Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in sales (real estate / FMCG / services preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to close high-value deals Target-driven and self-motivated Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Preferred Skills:

CRM knowledge Market analysis and client management Leadership and team-handling ability
