Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our aviation academy. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our pilot and cabin crew training programs, engage with aspiring aviation professionals, and build a strong digital community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Collaborate with the media and marketing team to develop campaigns highlighting training programs, student journeys, events, and success stories Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and conversions Coordinate with the video editor and design team to ensure content quality and brand consistency
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management (aviation or education sector preferred) Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar Basic knowledge of aviation industry trends is a plus
