Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in

planning and executing social media strategies

across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Create and schedule posts

using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer.

Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content

to identify engagement opportunities. Support the team in

content ideation, caption writing, and visual storytelling.

Engage with followers -- reply to comments, DMs, and community posts.

Monitor analytics

and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements / Skills

Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in

Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.

Strong understanding of

popular social media platforms

and current trends. Basic knowledge of

design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)

is a plus. Excellent

writing, communication, and creativity

skills. Good sense of aesthetics, branding, and tone consistency. Ability to

work in a team environment

and handle multiple tasks. Assist with

campaign execution

(e.g., contests, collaborations, influencer tie-ups). Stay up to date with

social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas.
