Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored for each platform. Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize content for reach and engagement. Work with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment. Strong understanding of different social platforms and their best practices. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills. Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content trends is a plus.
