We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic

Senior Social Media Executive

to lead our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and execute high-impact campaigns through strong social media planning and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok Create, curate, and coordinate engaging content--graphics, reels, stories, videos, and campaign assets Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations to deliver timely content Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for cohesive brand communication Manage paid ad campaigns and boost posts as needed Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare insightful reports Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand tie-ups, giveaways, and partnerships Handle social media crisis communication and support brand reputation management Mentor and guide junior executives or interns
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 4+ years of proven experience in social media management for brands or agencies Strong command over visual storytelling, brand positioning, and content strategy Proficiency in tools such as Canva, SocialPilot, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously Experience with paid media campaigns is a plus

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
