Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven social media and content marketing strategies.
Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage a small creative team (designers, videographers, interns) to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Build and maintain a strong brand voice that reflects Cindrebay's values in design and education.
Oversee campaign calendars, storytelling initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital content and education marketing.
Manage social media ad campaigns and ensure ROI through targeted promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams to amplify events, workshops, and admissions campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in social media management and content strategy.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content execution.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in content tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and analytical ability.
Experience in the education, design, or creative industry is a plus.
