We are seeking a

Senior Site Supervisor

with a strong background in civil/construction/project execution to oversee and manage complete site operations. This position is ideal for retired professionals from construction, defense, PSU, or infrastructure sectors who are willing to continue working post-retirement in a responsible supervisory role

Key Responsibilities:

Take full charge of day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Supervise and manage workforce, contractors, and labor teams. Ensure work is carried out as per safety standards, quality norms, and project timelines. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, vendors, and clients for site requirements. Maintain discipline, site records, material inventory, and manpower attendance. Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure activities on-site. Report progress, delays, and challenges regularly to the management. Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 46 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹46,767.20 per month
