Role Summary

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site heritage conservation and restoration works, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and authenticity in line with approved conservation practices. Civil background with knowledge of Heritage Conservation/Retrofitting/Restoration works preferred

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities related to heritage conservation, restoration and civil works
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and conservation guidelines.
Monitor workmanship quality and correct use of traditional materials such as lime mortar, stone, brick, timber, and plaster.
Coordinate with craftsmen, skilled workers, subcontractors, and project managers.
Maintain site records, progress reports, material usage, and photo documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and proper use of scaffolding and equipment.
Identify site issues and support timely technical solutions in coordination with the project team.
Guide and mentor junior supervisors and site staff.

Qualifications & Experience

5-8+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in conservation or restoration projects.
Knowledge of traditional construction techniques and heritage conservation principles.
Ability to read drawings, manage teams, and coordinate effectively on site.

Location & Deployment Note

This is a

Pan-India role

. Candidates will be

shortlisted and deployed based on their current location and proximity to ongoing project sites

. Final site allocation will depend on project requirements across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
