Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities across our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution quality, site coordination, workforce management, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site execution activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams for smooth workflow. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Ensure quality control of workmanship, materials, and finishing standards. Guide and mentor junior supervisors and site staff. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site discipline. Coordinate inspections with consultants, architects, and engineers. Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress records. Identify site-level issues and proactively suggest practical solutions. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage at site. Support project managers in achieving construction milestones.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering background preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

20 years

of hands-on site supervision experience in

real estate / construction projects

. Strong exposure to

high-rise residential buildings

, including RCC, finishing, and services coordination. Thorough understanding of drawings, site execution methods, and construction sequences. Proven ability to manage large labour forces and multiple contractors. Practical, solution-driven approach with strong leadership on site. Good communication and coordination skills.

Residence Requirement:

Candidate must be

residing in the Eastern suburbs (Mulund)

for ease of site coordination and availability.
