We create Fast Data Planes in an SDN system integrating dynamic Network Application products. We protect customers against growing threats of cyber-attacks and cyber terrorism.Partner with the bestAs an Senior SRE , you will ensure optimal performance and up-time of our production security infrastructure. And developing & automating production toil backlog. Analyzing system performance end-to-end, with a focus on the back-end, capacity, and infrastructure elements. You will automate deployment and configuration workflows, and define SRE requirements for applications and services. You will also help maintain network stability.As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Reducing the manual toil by coding scalable automated solutions
• Implementing and improving monitoring-alerting with speed error detection & remediation, enhancing reliability, and making self-healing systems
• Doing capacity planning for our DDOS platform involving bare metals, VMs, routers, switches, and application layers
• Reporting in real-time, platform performance and collaborating with teams to investigate and troubleshoot problems
• Identifying gaps in monitoring followed by defining SLOs/SLIs and implementing them
• Handling incidents and problem management (RCA) along with timely communications

Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in CS, CSE, MIS, or a related field or 9 years of experience
• Have knowledge of computer networking and internet protocols. Have experience with Python or any similar scripting language
• Have an understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and automation tools- Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, CloudFront, Kubernetes, or similar
• Able to gather monitoring/alerting/KPI requirements and design them
• Have experience with automating tasks. Experience with Prometheus for alerting, Grafana, and any alerting tools
• Able to work 4PM to 1AM IST shifts
