FourKites Site Reliability Engineer is primarily responsible for maintaining a build-out, deployment, to ongoing support and tools development. They will also create, and maintain, all documentation needed to assure a high level of support. The Site Reliability Engineer will join an existing team experienced in working in a large scale, cutting edge environment, supporting thousands of concurrent globally based users About the team: A bunch of fun, hard-working, smart and empowering people. Who you are: At least 4+ years of experience as DevOps/SRE supporting enterprise IT sector. Experience working in an Agile, fast paced environment, on JIRA sprint basis. Strong understanding of Linux System Administration. Strong understanding of the Git version control system. Strong understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud providers. Experience identifying and troubleshooting complex issues, improving performance, availability, reliability of SaaS products / applications. Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic. Experience with logging tools. Strong understanding of Containerisation and Container Orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) Enjoys learning and adapting to advanced technologies and procedural changes. Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience. Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOP, using Confluence. Experience participating in 24x7 on-call rotations. Willingness to work in different shift timings. Ability to deliver superior operations support. Good to Have: Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. Knowledge of Bash and/or Python scripting. AWS/Azure Certifications.
