We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Site Manager

with strong expertise in

finishing and execution

for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have worked with a

builder or developer firm

, be capable of managing on-site operations independently, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Lead and supervise site execution and finishing works (plaster, paint, flooring, false ceiling, fittings, joinery, facade, etc.). Plan daily activities, allocate work to teams, and monitor progress against the schedule. Coordinate with the Project Manager, MEP, QA/QC, and procurement teams. Manage labor contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring productivity and quality. Conduct site inspections, identify snags, and ensure rectification before handover. Maintain site material records and ensure timely availability of resources. Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with project standards. Prepare and share daily/weekly progress reports with management.

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of experience with a Builder/Developer firm in high-rise residential finishing. Strong technical knowledge of finishing sequences, materials, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula Experience: 8-10 Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
