Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Site Manager

to lead site operations and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing on-site construction or fabrication activities, team coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion. Lead and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor project schedules and progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications. Resolve site-related technical and operational issues effectively. Coordinate with project management, clients, and vendors for smooth operations. Oversee resource planning, material management, and equipment utilization. Conduct regular site meetings and ensure documentation is up to date. Maintain strict quality control procedures and inspection standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as per project nature). 5 to 6 years of experience in site/project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities. Good knowledge of project execution, construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office, project reporting tools, and site documentation.

Preferred Industry Background:

Construction, Fabrication, Infrastructure, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
