Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for managing the site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and making sure work is completed on time and as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site activities across multiple real estate projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely progress. Ensure work is done as per project plans, quality standards, and safety norms. Track material deliveries, site progress, and report to management. Handle on-site issues and resolve them efficiently. Maintain site reports, checklists, and documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in real estate or civil construction. Strong understanding of site coordination and real estate project workflows. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve site-related issues independently. Basic knowledge of civil work, quality checks, and vendor coordination. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
