Job Description

A Senior Site Manager in Civil Construction oversees entire projects, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing teams, subcontractors, resources, budgets, schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders like architects and engineers, while also handling documentation, risk assessment, and compliance with codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Manage all site operations from planning through completion, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

Team & Subcontractor Management:

Lead, motivate, and coordinate on-site staff, tradespeople, and subcontractors, allocating resources effectively.

Quality Control:

Ensure work adheres to project plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards through inspections and monitoring.

Health & Safety:

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues and provide updates.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare progress reports, manage site documentation (schedules, reports, change orders), and maintain records.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify, assess, and resolve technical challenges, delays, or conflicts on-site.

Financial Management:

Monitor project costs, verify contractor payments, and manage site resources (materials, equipment).
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Experience in project management, budgeting, and scheduling. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Relevant degree in Construction Management or related field, plus significant site experience.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
