Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Site Executive at Airavarta Architects. The Senior Site Executive will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing and mentoring site workers, ensuring safety requirements are met, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and communicating with contractors, clients, and various stakeholders effectively. The Senior Site Executive will also monitor progress of the project, create reports regarding the project\'s budget and timeline, and work closely with architects and engineers to ensure successful completion of the construction project. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required, Master\'s degree preferred Minimum of 2-3years of experience in residential interior project management or related field Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols Experience working with construction software and technology Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to staying current with industry trends and techniques
