Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Site Engineer (Interiors)

to oversee and manage

interior fit-out projects, primarily within commercial buildings

. The role involves complete site execution responsibility, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furnishing works at project sites. Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage to meet project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial buildings.

Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and execution practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation/handling of project-related documentation. Willingness to travel and work across multiple project sites in Kerala, with Ernakulam as the base location.
