Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in Delhi NCR with readiness to relocate to Goa during the project tenure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer who can independently manage and execute the construction of a resort project. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil works including pile foundation, retaining walls, structural steel, and interior renovation. This role requires a technically strong, proactive leader capable of coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site execution of all civil and structural works including piling, retaining walls, and steel structures.

Supervise and coordinate interior renovation works, including MEP services and finishing.

interpret drawings, specifications, and manage subcontractors and labor. Strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and interior designers.

Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report to senior management.

Review BOQs, manage materials, and optimize resources on-site.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Resolve on-site technical issues independently and proactively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,360.31 - ?37,983.80 per month
