Supervision and Coordination:

Leading and guiding the erection team, ensuring efficient workflow, and coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the erection process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Safety Management:

Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and investigating accidents or incidents.

Resource Management:

Planning and allocating resources (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize the erection process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and quality control measures.

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical guidance to the erection team, interpreting drawings and specifications, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with the project manager, design team, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
