Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee a large-scale township development project in Malappuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate should come with a strong civil engineering background, significant exposure to multinational work environments, and proven leadership skills in managing site activities, contractors, vendors, meeting timelines, and quality standards.

Experience Required:

5 to 10 years (Preferably with experience in multinational companies)

Education:

B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Degree in Management (Bachelors/Masters) will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for township infrastructure development. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Manage subcontractors and ensure execution aligns with project specifications. Implement project management best practices and suggest process improvements. Liaise with procurement and planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources, negotiate with vendors to finalize the deal Maintain accurate site documentation including DPRs, labor reports, QA/QC records, etc. Handle client interactions, technical meetings, and site audits. Suggest cost effective ways of construction without compromising with Quality .

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of civil construction techniques for villas, residential apartments, IT centers , convention centers , five-star hotels ,landscaping etc. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.) Knowledge of local building codes and construction norms. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Experience working in multinational construction companies on township projects is highly desirable. Fluency in English & Malayalam is a must. Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
