Key Responsibilities

Technical Oversight:

Verify that all construction work aligns with project design, drawings, and specifications.

Site Management:

Supervise the construction workforce, delegate tasks, and organize materials.

Quality Control:

Ensure that materials and finished work meet agreed-upon standards and specifications.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to relevant building codes.

Project Coordination:

Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project flow.

Problem-Solving:

Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site issues or technical difficulties.

Budget & Time Management:

Monitor project progress to keep it within budget and on schedule.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit site reports to management, documenting progress and activities.

Surveys & Setting Out:

Conduct site surveys, set out levels, and ensure proper site preparation.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.

Communication Skills:

Essential for effective coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.
