Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Site Engineer - Civil
to lead site execution, vendor coordination, billing, and quality control for our residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of proven experience in end-to-end construction site management with strong leadership, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Key Requirements:
Male candidate preferred for on-site senior-level role
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial building construction
Strong project execution experience including structure and finishing stages
Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication and reporting skills
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
Must have worked in at least one company for 3+ years continuously
Resume must include detailed project information: Name, Scope, Size, Value, etc.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage junior engineers and site labor
Available for full-time on-site role with working hours starting 8:30 AM
Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring adherence to drawings and timelines
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Supervise junior engineers and site supervisors to ensure quality and safety compliance
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical site issues proactively
Billing & Estimation:
Prepare and verify subcontractor/vendor bills with supporting documentation
Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and site progress daily
Assist in cost planning and quantity estimation across various work stages
Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Review and raise material indents based on project requirements
Follow up with vendors and procurement teams for timely material delivery
Ensure material quality and compliance with specifications on delivery
Stock & Site Management:
Maintain daily stock updates, reconciliation, and reporting
Coordinate ordering and timely availability of bulk materials
Support in resource planning and site logistics
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare client reports, BOQs, and site checklists regularly
Maintain records for client billing, work progress, and site measurements
Ensure timely updates and circulation of revised drawings and MOMs
Quality & Drawings:
Enforce quality control standards as per approved specifications
Maintain drawing registers, approved sample records, and QA/QC documentation
Liaise with consultants for technical approvals and site clarifications
